Button Law Firm Client featured in Fox 16 Little RockLITTLE ROCK, Arkansas- Shocking claims of mistreatment and inappropriate disciplinary tactics at Park Vista Children's Academy in Keller have come to light in a lawsuit, as Fox 16 Little Rock reported. North Texas parents Brooke and Jeffrey Napier are being represented by the daycare injury lawyers at The Button Law Firm in the lawsuit against the daycare center, sharing details of severe mistreatment of their 23-month-old daughter and raising concerns about the safety of enrolled children. The lawsuit, which was filed by The Button Law Firm on behalf of the family, sheds light on disturbing incidents of abuse suffered by the toddlers at the facility.

What Happened at This Dallas/Fort Worth Area Daycare?

The lawsuit filed by the Napier family details harrowing accounts of abusive behavior, including pushing, shoving, and aggressive handling, such as forcefully yanking children by one arm. An investigation by the Texas Health and Human Services Child-Care Licensing Division uncovered shocking video surveillance footage depicting a caregiver at Park Vista Children's Academy roughly handling the Napier's daughter for over 20 minutes. The distressing footage captures the caregiver subjecting the toddler to physical aggression, including pushing her into a classroom door and shoving her head against a wall.

Brooke Napier, the child’s mother, expressed profound anguish, stating, "No parent should have to endure the torment of discovering their child was subjected to such abusive treatment."

How Park Vista Children’s Academy Failed to Keep Kids Safe from Mistreatment

Despite the daycare center's marketing efforts to present itself as providing a "safe and healthy environment," the state's investigation revealed a disturbing pattern of abuse and misconduct. Park Vista Children's Academy was cited for multiple violations, including corporal punishment and using prohibited disciplinary methods.

Dallas daycare injury attorney Russell Button, who is representing the North Texas family, emphasized the necessity of holding Park Vista Children's Academy accountable for the mistreatment inflicted upon innocent children. "This lawsuit is necessary to ensure justice for victims like our clients' daughter," Button asserted. "Video footage doesn't lie, and it's deeply disturbing to witness the mistreatment of children by those entrusted with their care."
