This month marks one year since Margo joined The Button Law Firm, and what a year it has been! From the very beginning, Margo brought enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep commitment to making a difference—not just in the firm but in the lives of the families The Button Law Firm serves. Her passion, dedication, and innovative approach to marketing have played a vital role in BLF’s continued growth and connection with the community.

Finding Meaning at BLF

Reflecting on her journey to BLF, Margo recalls searching for a role that was more than just a job. She wanted to do meaningful work that had a lasting impact. “When I first spoke to Elizabeth during the interview process, her passion for what BLF does was so inspiring,” Margo shares. “I hung up the phone and thought, ‘This is where I want to be.’” That moment marked the beginning of a rewarding and fulfilling experience that allowed Margo to thrive professionally and personally.

Embracing Every Challenge

Over the past 12 months, Margo has fully embraced her role, taking on various projects that showcase her diverse skill set. She has left her creative mark on every project, from managing website updates and strategizing social media campaigns to crafting BLF’s seasonal gift boxes. “Marketing can be such a broad field, but BLF has allowed me to dive into so many areas. It’s been an incredible learning experience,” she says.

Bringing Creativity to Life

One of Margo’s favorite projects has been designing and assembling seasonal gift boxes, which allowed her to bring her digital designs to life in a tangible way. “It’s so rewarding to see something you created come full circle,” she shares. “Even my mom got one and sent me a picture—she loved it!” Those little moments of impact reinforce why she loves her role at BLF.

Work-Life Balance and Personal Passions

Beyond her work at the firm, Margo prioritizes maintaining a healthy work-life balance. A passionate reader, she has set a personal goal of finishing 15 books this year. She also enjoys crafting, which allows her to express her creativity in new and fun ways. As a lifelong animal lover, she dreams of adding a furry companion to her life. While her apartment is better suited for a smaller dog, her ultimate goal is to one day have a Bernese Mountain Dog.

Looking Ahead

Looking to the future, Margo is eager to continue strengthening BLF’s connection to the community and finding new ways to expand the firm’s reach. She deeply values being part of a firm that prioritizes making a difference, not just for clients but for its team members as well. “I really would love to give a shout-out to Russell, Ashley, Elizabeth, and the entire BLF team because they have truly made a difference in my life inside and outside of work,” she shares. “From funny TikToks from Elizabeth to pickleball games with Russell, BLF is a close-knit family that always shows up for you.”

Margo’s first year at The Button Law Firm has been nothing short of inspiring, and her journey is only just beginning. Her creativity, dedication, and heart have helped make BLF stronger, and we cannot wait to see what she accomplishes in the years to come.
