Bianca often serves as the first point of contact for many of our clients, and her warmth and professionalism set the tone for their experience with us. Whether handling phone calls, gathering essential information, or connecting callers with the right team member, Bianca ensures that every client feels heard and supported.

But her contributions go far beyond communication. Bianca plays a vital role in our operations, managing data entry with precision and collaborating with our network of referral attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Her versatility and dedication have already made her an indispensable part of the team.

Finding a Home at The Button Law Firm

While Bianca has prior experience working at law firms, she admits that The Button Law Firm feels different. “I don’t think I’ve ever worked at a law firm that had everything so together!” she shared, expressing her appreciation for our streamlined processes that promote accuracy and consistency.

What Bianca enjoys most, however, is interacting with clients. Her genuine, compassionate nature shines through as she guides clients through their initial contact with the firm. Even when their needs extend beyond our expertise, Bianca takes pride in directing them toward the help they need.

A Personal Journey to Texas

Bianca’s journey to Texas is as heartfelt as her professional story. Originally from New Orleans, she spent 12 years in Southern California before deciding to move closer to her family. Her two brothers, affectionately known as “The Three Musketeers,” played a big part in her relocation, and they’re now happily reunited in Texas.

When she’s not enjoying new restaurants with her brothers, Bianca dedicates her weekends to caring for others, whether babysitting children or assisting dementia patients. While the work can be challenging, she finds it deeply fulfilling—just like her role at The Button Law Firm.
