As our ever-compassionate intake specialist, she has transformed how we connect with families during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Since joining the team in April 2023, Eurika has not only strengthened our intake process but also touched the lives of every client and teammate who has had the privilege of speaking with her.
Often, Eurika’s kind and calming voice is the first interaction a family has with our firm. That first phone call is more than just a point of contact—it begins a relationship rooted in trust, compassion, and support.
From First Call to Full Circle
For Eurika, every call is personal. “The most fulfilling part of my role is seeing a family’s case through from beginning to end,” she shared. “It’s rewarding to know that I was there for them throughout the whole process. A few of the cases that are just now coming to a successful close were some of the very first calls I took when I started. It just feels like it all comes full circle.”
That full-circle moment perfectly reflects Eurika’s deep commitment to every family who reaches out to us. As a mother, grandmother, and former educator, she brings a unique blend of warmth, understanding, and wisdom to every interaction.
