The Button Law Firm's latest lawsuit centers around video evidence allegedly showing a daycare worker lifting a toddler by her arms and legs and then forcefully pushing her onto a nap mat. The child’s parents, alarmed by unexplained bruises and scratches, accessed the daycare’s live camera footage, where they discovered the abusive behavior.
